My Resume

Peace Corps, a stint as a teaching assistant in Costa Rica, and a semester abroad during college taught me how to navigate foreign cultures and to be comfortable working on my own and as part of a team. I also learned how to get around on many forms of public transportation, from motorcycle taxis to buses piled high with people and packages.

I graduated from Allegheny College in 2011 with a B.S. in Environmental Science and two minors – one in Spanish, and one in Values, Ethics, and Social Action (VESA). The VESA minor had a strong focus on community engagement. I also worked for three years as a Bonner Service Leader, organizing volunteer outreach efforts at a nearby nonprofit for two years and coordinating fellow service leaders’ efforts during my third year.
